Firstly, aim to choose a photo which is bright and visibly clear. You should aim to steer clear of photos which contain a blur or dark shadows across key areas of the photo.

Furthermore, we advise customers that photos of 3 or more people aren’t ideal for this necklace. Whilst we can still engrave photos of 3 or more people we try to remind customers that the more people, the smaller your photo will engrave.
